1999 Evinrude 9.9 4 stroke ,quit running

hello
i have a 1999 evinrude 4 stroke 9.9 model e10eleeb
and last night it quit twice ,first time after running about 10 minutes and next after running about 3-5 minutes ?? any ideas ?? do the ignition modules have a history of going bad ?? This morning it started right up

I see this is an old message but I had the same problem 3 years ago and again this week. Years ago, I did replace the ignition module and that took care of the problem...until this week. Same symptoms, it quits when it gets warm and will restart once cool. I hope the new modules have improved. If it happens again I will be buying a Honda.
