I have a 2007 Merc 8hp 4 stroke and I recently got a Troll King model 602 electronic throttle control. The hardware was for a 2 cycle Merc or Mariner. I think the only major difference is the mounting bracket and perhaps the connecting rod or cable for the throttle linkage to adjusting motor. It seems that the parent company Mari-Mar no longer exhists. Does anyone have any helpful info for me?
