Okay, I have a 1989 OMC Cobra 2.3l I/O setup on a Bayliner Capri. The problem is that some whiz disconnected the water supply hose (from the intermediate housing)presumably to drain water from the system...????!! Is there a trick to re-attaching this hose? I have gotten the hose started on the nipple, but it acts as though the hose is short, plus no room to push it on...? Do I have to disassemble the drive housing?? Don't have alot of experience with Cobras.
