Answered my own question.
New question.
What are the odds that an ignition module has gone bad.
I would bet this motor doesn't have 20 hrs on it.
I overheated it the other evening as the light was poor and I couldn't see the pisser (in back of the exhaust) not pissing.
I ran it after it cooled and it planed out fine, I shut her right down.
Put in a new impeller, , starts easy, runs cool in a tank.
Put it on the water and no power.
Saw some blow by at the plugs, replaced both.
starts fine, runs great in the tank. still won't push a load.
Pulled plugs, #1 isn't firing, raw gas on it.
Pulled #1 while running, no change.
Pulled #2 while running, died.
Compression is 120/ 125
