Fished a tourney by myself last night so i had to leave my boat tied to the dock while i was weighing my fish.i returned and loaded up my boat and while wiping her down i noticed this on the front of my boat.It must have rubbed against the floating dock.What would be the best method of fixing this.Looks just to be the outer "Paint"Gelcoat.Would Marine-Tex work??
