water coming out the leg?

This may be normal but I never noticed it. When I lifted my motor out of the water yesterday water was draining out of the upper part of the leg. (I think Im using the correct name, above the prop below the cowl) it was coming out above where the vent screw is there are like 4 bolts there. is this normal?

Thank you I feel better now. you think when your trying to get your boat running there alot of questions. now that you can enjoy it there are even more. thanks for baring with me.:D
