No horse power on take off, 1999 Chaparral 5.0L Mercruiser

I have 1999 Chaparall 1930 SS with 5.0 L Mercruiser with approximately 100hrs. Yesterday it suddenly on take off from a dead stop seemed to loose almost all horse power. If I give it full throttle the boat just feels like it is hesitating untill it got up to 15 mph then all power comes back. At this point it accelerates as it should and runs fine. It does this everytime I stopped and started again. I am a new to I/O world. If there is any advice that I can get on where to start I would be most appreciative.

sounds like you need to go through the fuel system and check the condition of tune-up parts
