I have a 2000 johnson 90hp looper that is overheating it will get to about 175 shooting the head with a temp gun. So I removed the thermostats and the port side runs much cooler but the starboard side is still overheating what can I do and a large amount of water is flowing out between the midsection and the lower unit. I dropped the lower unit and it looks good but I can't tell about the plastic pipe that carries the water to the head.
