When I first start My engine it runs just fine until, I stop and then it won't start. When I tilt the motor up out of the water gas runs out of the bottom carb. After that I put it back down and it starts and runs fine until, the next time.
I have gone through the carbs and found nothing wrong.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks, Bob

If you have a recirculation system, it should have a hose going to the airbox in front of the carbs. The purpose of this is to suck any puddled oil into the crankcase instead of going into the lower carb and flooding that cylinder. At the crankcase side of the hose is a fitting that has a small orifice in it. When it gets clogged, the oil will puddle and you will have hard starting.

The orifice hole is very small and you will need an air source to blow it out.
