Hey guys I need some help. I bought a beautifull 402 from a redneck that had her wired like frankenstien im sure he's a great mechanic(much better than me anyway) So I have my engine wired so I dont need an ignition(Im sure this is how he wired it?) The starter solenoid is wired hot/ignition/ground/hot to engine. Now she starts and turns over but only turns over like three four times untill she dies? Do you think I have a throttle problem or a wiring problem? She is getting gas and has spark turns over but just wont carry through? Thanks guys.

First you need to jump up and down and wave your arms and blow some of that heat wave down to Ontario. From the pic you showed the wire you used is way too small, needs to be a minimun of 4 awg from the battery to the solenoid and solenoid to starter. That speaker wire wont cut it.
