I have 4cyl. 165 hp mercruiser 1987 i need to have the carburator rebuilt I was wondering before i get it rebuilt would a 4 bbl carb perform better then 2 bbl that comes with it what are the advantages and disadvantages BETWEEN THE 2. the outdrive gear ratio 1.98 does this have anything to do with speed also.
