I plan to bring my Jet after I get new tires for the trailer. Long trip but if all goes as planned we will have a small road convoy/flotilla heading east out of Louisville with Rick et al. If SHWMBO does not go (right now she is) I might be able to share the room but that may not be determined till May/June. But keep in mind I need breathable air in the room. My own air is bad enough, just ask SHWMBO.

We have to each call and book our room personally on the last week of Dec this year. Dibs on the rooms will be handled this way. The first 14 people to post on this thread will be on the list for the 14 rooms. Anyone who posts after that will be on the cancellation list in the order they post. The manager will not accept reservations from anyone who is not on the list I provide. If you folks want to buddy up in rooms fine, just please coordinate all that thru PMs please. To lock in just post saying lock me in for a room and I’ll get you on the list.
The List

Rickairmedic
Banannaboater
Ezmobee
JimBc
Wrfalpacas
Andy in NY
Coolbikeguy
Appaloosa

The rooms are two double bed rooms with small fridge and microwave. All rooms face the water and there are also 12 boat slips available with the rooms and a couple more available for daily rental. There is also a boat ramp and a nice covered pavilion and a snack bar that makes the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever eaten.

The rate on the rooms are 119/119/94 for a total of 332 plus tax for the three days.

I’m still working on camping stuff at the nearby state park. They have cabins, camping areas ramp and slips. The cabins come with a slip just like the inn.
NB.Uno room por favor!!!

OK Kev, just so you won't think you're the only one here to have a moron attack I'll share a story with you.

In the mid seventies, during my just out of the Army and I wanna be an outlaw phase, i bought a 60 sporster from a local custom shop. Put tags on it and started cleaning it up thinkin, OK, bring on the chicks......... I don't know if any of you have noticed, but somewhere along the way I've developed this OCD thing You know, everything has to have it's place and stuff out of symmetry really drives me crazy!!!! So there's this gizmo on the side of the motor called a magneto. Provides spark and little did I know at the time, also controls timing. Well, I didn't like the way it set so I loosened up the two bolts on the bottom and turned it about 45 degrees so it was front to back in line with the motor. There, looks much better now.

Me and a couple of my other moron friends spent two days kicking that bike. We even pushed it up the hill and rode it down all afternoon the second day tryin to jump start it. Pouring gas in the carb, new plugs, etc.......

On Monday, it took the mechanic at the bike shop about three seconds to figure out what the problem was. Geeezzz, I felt like a complete idiot.
