OK folks. Here’s what we have worked out so far. There are now 14 rooms set aside at the inn for June 25, 26, 27. That’s Fri /Sat/ Sun. We have to each call and book our room personally on the last week of Dec this year. Dibs on the rooms will be handled this way. The first 14 people to post on this thread will be on the list for the 14 rooms. Anyone who posts after that will be on the cancellation list in the order they post. The manager will not accept reservations from anyone who is not on the list I provide. If you folks want to buddy up in rooms fine, just please coordinate all that thru PMs please. To lock in just post saying lock me in for a room and I’ll get you on the list.

The rooms are two double bed rooms with small fridge and microwave. All rooms face the water and there are also 12 boat slips available with the rooms and a couple more available for daily rental. There is also a boat ramp and a nice covered pavilion and a snack bar that makes the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever eaten.
The rate on the rooms are 119/119/94 for a total of 332 plus tax for the three days.
I’m still working on camping stuff at the nearby state park. They have cabins, camping areas ramp and slips. The cabins come with a slip just like the inn.
OK folks. Here's the Link to Lake Anna State Park. Keep in mind that when you go to the pricing/reservations page the listing is for ALL VA state parks and you have to look for what's available specifically at Lake Anna. these folks won't hold anything for me and you'll be on your own.

bananaboater and JimC.....I'm going to make the crazy assumption that you are both definitely coming since you put in for rooms and add your names to the the list of definite attendees at the top of the Get-together thread.

ezmobee Yes: My wife and I have already discussed it and she told me if I quit smoking right now I would have over $1,700.00 for the trip. NOW if it were only easy as she makes it sound to just go cold turkey. But yes we plan to be there, only reason we wouldn't is if a big job or a death in the family came up, or NO FUNDS. OR if I had no POWER for the boat.
As it stands, 7 rooms are spoken for. That leaves 7. First twelve to sign up for rooms gets the free slips.
On a side note, I'd really like to know who's planning on bring their boats. I personally want to see as many of your projects as possible. Now, I realize that some of you have a long way to travel, but I'd like to know what we're gonna have in the way of boats to check out.
i know i already asked for a room, but just wanted to mention that there is a chance i might not be able to afford one and may need to camp instead, but as of right now i plan to beg, borrow and steal the cash i need for the trip. i mentioned it in the get together thread that i am willing to share a room with anyone flying solo, because i will most likely be by myself as well.

cbg, I also have a list of attendees in the first post of the main get-together thread. That list is just who is coming and will include anyone not needing hotel recommendations.
