I currently have a 70 Horse, Johnson Sea Horse with manual tilt and am in the process of researching what is necessary to add a power tilt and trim unit to it. From what I have seen, all of the units from roughly '75 to '89 are about the same and I would think that if I could get the entire unit, it would not take a majpr number of modifications to fit it to my mount. Has anyone attempted such a madification? I have seen a few complete units go through eBay in the lasy few weeks for very good prices and would like to act on one of them. Any help would be greatly apprecited. Thanks.
