I made a major mistake this summer and forgot to put in the plug in my 1995 bayliner 20' capri ss and resulted in about 2/3 sumergance of the boat. I was able to save and the motor was only under water for about 1 hour. I was able to get all the water out of the engine and took it to a boat shop to see if they could get it to run. I got it back and the boat runs good but they had to put a regular auto distributor instead of a marine. The bigest problem that i am having is when you run the boat hard for a while pulling the tube then go to idle the engine dies and I cant get it started until it cools off. Also what other problems am i facing in the future since this happend?
