1986 Sabre G/L 22ft

I need some advice . I'm Looking at a 22 ft Sabre this evening. 4 cyl Mercruiser I/O,hp unknown. Boat is in great condition.Floors are solid. Interior very clean.I'm looking for a ballpark figure for what this thing would be worth.Any help would be appreciated. Also,any known trouble with these boats? Here's some pics.
