I have trouble with the engine flooding after it is shut off for a while after running. I replaced both needle and seats on the carb as well as the floats. It is a pontoon boat that had the portable gas tanks on it. they were sitting on the pontoons in the back so I moved them up above the engine so water wouldnt splash on them. Could this be my problem?
