The manual for the VP AQ125A/270 says the oil level (10-40w) in the drive should be somewhere on the flat part of the stick (which is about the bottom inch of the stick, not screwed in), however some guys are saying they top their's off to the top of the stick hole. Isn't too much oil in the drive a bad thing?
