Floor "Replacement" 16 Ft Rinker Runabout

I have a 16' Runabout Rinker and the flooring is in need of replacement. Question is there any cross ties in the under flooring and if so can you use 2x4 hangers to put cross beams in? Or will this be a structure problem? I appreciate the information.

i hate to be the bearer of bad news but i would bet you also need a new transom and new stringers.

do some reading and searching on this forum about floor replacement and you will see what i mean.

Well, the best way to tell what kind of structure is under the deck, is to remove the deck.

I know, I know, sounds like a pain in the rear, buts about the only way to know for sure what is under there.



Is the hull Fibreglass or Aluminum?
