So, where are you running it? On a boat in the lake, or in a barrel or what? Expect that to happen in a tank. If on a boat in the lake and it is doing it only at idle in neutral, it may be the donut seal between the inner and outer housings. But if it is doing it in gear at all speeds, it probably is the o-ring on top of the water pump housing.
