Mid. 90s We think. No Id info anywhere on engine. Ran this the last two weeks and every thing perfect. Yesterday went to run it on Puget Sound and the motor will not crank. Came home checked voltage to starter and has 12.49.I can jump start it at the coil to the starter but when it runs the starter keeps turning???? Pull start it runs perfect . Kill switch works on motor and tiller handel. I'm stumped. the starter button is on the tiller handel as well as the stop. shifts into nutural normally. HELP. Need to find year so I can get manual. cannot find any Info anywhere on engine. Any Ideas on what to look for.
