I have a 1986 25HP Johnson. Would start and run fine but would not start when warm. I replaced needle valve assembly, added new float and cleaned carb. First time out ran like a champ, started fine when warm. The next day would start fine but now will stall out as soon as I accelerate from idle. Will start with little choke but stall in neutral if I move to fast idle.
Totally confused as it ran perfectly first time after cleaning and new parts. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
