Help with 1963 40HP Johnson

The motor runs ok but when i am done a whiteish gray oily stuff drips out of the water outlet. It kinda looks like the oil in a car when the head gasket goes. I figure it can't be good. The motor is a 1963 Johnson Sea Horse 40. Any info would be great.

pretty normal is spits out quite a bit of oil

make sure u run 24:1 mix tcw-3 outboard oil
