I have replaced all parts related to the starting of the engines and the batteries are fully charged but still willn't turn the motors over. The starter drags slowly. If I use jumper cables on the batteries increasing voltage output the motors turn over with no problem. The batteries are rated 810MCA. Can someone help!!
