I have a 1988 4HP Mercury model MH which I need a fule pump kit for it. The fuel pump is built into the side of the carb so I don't know if I need to get a whole carb kit or not. The problem I am running into is my local dealer says he needs the serial number to make sure he gets the right kit. I provided him my serial number A832XXX and he informed me that none of the 4hp motors had serial numbers starting with "A". Looking on line I find almost all the 4hp mercury's made in the US started with "A". Is there anyone here that could provide the part number so I can direct my local dealer to what I need OR contact me if you can supply the part and ship to Ontario Canada? Thanks.
