1980 merc 40 hp ser.#5559989 will not idle. I cleaned the carb 3x's , reset the float level, changed all fuel lines inside the motor, replaced the switchbox, checked all visible wires, still won't idle. checked the compression, over 150 both cylinders. I disconnected the fuel line to run the carb dry and it idles roughly that way. ??????? any idea's
