Took the old cracked block engine out of my Bayliner, installed the new engine, the new engine has points ignition, the engine that came out had the EST ignition, also I had to use my valve cover, so the throttle would hook up, the shift cut out switch on the valve cover that came with the new engine has 4 wires, the switch on the valve cover that I need only has 3 wires, everything else works great, lights , trim horn, everything but the key , could this 1 wire be not letting fire to the switch, please help!
