i need info on repair/change of the water pump. sometimes when the boat is idling no water comes out.

as well. i would like a repair manual if anyone has one.

Any repair manual will describe how to change the impeller. A Merc service manual is best for more involved repairs.

Those inlines have a hidden bolt under the zinc anode on the lower unit. Remove the zinc anode with a 1/2" thin wall socket thru the hole from above the antiventilation plate. That exposes the hidden bolt.

BTW the telltales clog easily. You might clean it out with a wire.
