I have a 1996 5HP Gamefisher (Force) outboard. Motor has been used very little. Motor starts and idles perfectly however when attempting to accelerate, the motor dies instantly. Local repair shop has examined and adjusted idle/air mixture, but cannot figure out why the motor will not "rev". Any suggestions? Bob G.
