2000 honda BF15A good deal?

just picked up a 2000 Honda stroke 15hp outboard BF15A short shaft bought it for $400.00 runs and looks like new, what is this motor really worth? I'm thinking maybe $1000bucks?

how are the water pump impellers to change? I've done a few older motors (chryslers, evinrude, sears)...

any help would be great....

Quite a score.These are sweet engines.The shift shaft coupler can cause a little frustration with that w.p. job.If that coupler nut comes off the upper shaft be prepared for a little trial and error and some likely swearing.
