125 HP Force Bogs down at WOT

Hello,

I have a 1987 Force 125 on a 1995 Sun Tracker Boat. The engine begins to bog down at WOT, but runs fine at lower speeds and idles fine. I replaced the spark plugs and rebuilt the fuel pump and carbs. Last weekend I replaced the primer bulb and after pulling the boat from the lake I noticed the new primer bulb was flat as a pancake. The vent tube was open and looked fine. It has an onboard fuel tank. What could the problem be?

did you check the pick up tube in the tank to verify it is not plugged, did you check/change fuel filters?
