Hi Everyone,

I have a 1990 120 HP Evinrude, I have removed the lower unit and disassembled most of it, I have gotten to the last part of removing the prop shaft but I can't get it out, I have removed the retaining rings and washer etc. I have removed the drive shaft and gimble gear etc. but the shaft slides out about 1 inch or so then stops. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Got it, it was just stuck in the case.
