I bought a QD 16 johnson for $25 about 6 months ago. When I got it home and took the top off I found that mice had made a home in it, what a mess. Well after about 6 months worth of working on it and a few choice words I took it out today 0n my 14 ft sea nymph and it ran great. I have a 15 horse johnson on it normaly and can get about 19 mph with it. The 10 horse ran at 14 mph. The only thing I cant seem to get dialed in to my liking is the slow speed adjustment, it still sputters just so slightly. It seems to run the best at 2 turns from seated position. Any thoughts would be welcome. Thanks
