have just bought a used merc 125 saltwater in excellent condition to replace a very tired force 1992 120 hp. does anybody know before i offer this new engine up to the transom if the mounting bolt points on the brackets of the merc and force engines are in the same place? hoping i can avoid drilling more holes in the transom seeing as these engines come from similar stables
