I have a 1999 johnson ocean runner 115 2 stroke just got the boat in the water when i pulled it I raised the outdrives . when I lowered them one side did not lower . I can hear the motor but no up or down. Thanks
it could be a low fluid leval in the trim unit, does it sound the same as the other trim motor when runnig? try pushing on the motor while trimming, could be lack of lube in the tilt tube.
