Water washdown system on deck

I'd like to install a raw water washdown hose on the deck of my 20' everglades flatbottom.

It has a 700gph Rule livewell pump (which I rarely use). Could I put in a t-valve of sorts into the livewell line between the pump and the livewells that I could open or close to divert water (while the pump is running) to the washdown?

Obviously, I'd be giving up pumping of water to the livewells for short amounts of time, but i don't care. The pump on my boat is easy to reach, so it'd be an easy thing for me to reach into the bilge to switch it.

Would a 700gph deliver enough water (and at a high enough pressure) for this in the first place?

Lastly, is this the typical set-up, or did I completely make this up?

Sea Hunt's have one pump to serve the wash-down and live well. I don't know the GPH. It has a t connector.
