have it on trailer with water hose connected turns on perfect.i start to rev it up after a few seconds it cuts off turns on again but does the same. i test rode it in a canal it idles perfect i give it some gas it takes off but again it cuts of moments later its getting gas no doubt also if it helps some times it has spark some times it does not has brand new plugs please help
