310 Fiesta vee 2000

I am thinking about buying a 2000 Fiesta Vee 310. It has 320 hours on it and is loaded. It looks new. I am also looking at a 98 SeaRay290 with 270 hours it looks new too. It is very well kept. The only thing that has me concerned is the motors 4.3 alph T-190. The asking price of the Rinker is 46000 and the SeaRay is 39000. Any input would be great.
