Help. Just got a used boat with a 25hp Mercury with remote. Starts fine; idles up fine; but when in gear (forward or reverse) it sounds starved and dies. Also, the tilt lock won't release even when through full forward. Is this linkage of the remote, or carb? Thanks for any help.
