Have a 2004 sailfish 1900 with a 2004 150 two stroke. Boat has always been good on plane fast and runs great. The other day I took it out left dock ran great slow down for slow zone then when I went to go again it would just dig in boat high and not push it over the top so that it would be on plane. Any thoughts or answers of what would cause this money tight need help. Thanks Charles

can ya post the model numbers. the 150 was built in many fuel and ign varities in o4.

Water in the boat

Same thing happened to my co worker last week.

The live well intake tube cracked and put water into the boat after about 20 min of running.

couldn't get it on plane. Nose high.

you didn't mention if the motor was acting differently.
Need some more info.

well it seemed to miss a little but not much I thought it had spun the hub partially but took it in had it looked at and no issues there. but the motor would rev up fine boat just dug in no plane

if when trying to plane the engine speed came up and the hull did not move either you have added weight or the hub is spun.
what kinda RPM will the engine turn when trying to plane?
