vinyl upholstery heavily damaged

I own a 2006 Century 240WA. About two weeks ago, the upholstery that is exposed to the elements (collaspable seat, gunwale cushions) had yellow staining. 75% is covered with this staining. Additionally, the seat appeared to be sticky. It is ruined. Anyone ever have this experience? I do not use cleaners. Just soap and water. I owned other boats for much longer period of time without damage like this.

Thanks

My seats were stained and discollored from washing with soap and water too when I first bought, then I armouraled the seats(the whole inside) it seemed to recondition the vynal very well, no dicoloration spots and shine her back up. after you wash her you might need to recondition your vynal
