2001 200 hp Erude Ficht RAM question

I am looking at a boat with an 01 Evinrude 200 HP Ficht RAM. I've read a bunch of threads on the Fichts and there seem to be good ones and bad ones. It sounds like Bombardier worked out a bunch of kinks and most of the problems occured with the 150-175hp motors. Can anyone tell me whether the following model number and S/N is post Bombardier acquisition and whether I should expect problems? MOD# E200FPXSIG, S/N G 04964227
