My '66 Johnson 33hp will only turn over from the key if I jump the black/white wire or the other black wire at the switch to the small white wired post on the starter side of the solenoid. Voltage is good throughout, but it acts like a bad ground. I have cleaned,inspected and tested every connection and wire from the motor on back through the junction box and then to the switch. The only wire I can't get to is the B/W wire where it goes under the flywheel at the magneto. Any help or ideas appreciated.
