year of my boat

t got a glasspar 16ft boat I need to find out the year of the boat and the model. this is the number I found on the hull 16AC500 7.

We were giving Mark twain 18 FT boat no paper work no reg. I does have a sticker says it was reg in 01. And the numbers on the BOW. Can I take the numbers off of the BOW or the number off of the REG sticker to DMV to get year. If you find out how to do it let me Know.
