Rick. How come Starcraft boats with motors are so D--- inexpensive back east. Like any Aluminum hull boat here is very pricey. I bought my 22 Holiday complete for 4 grand and had a real bargin. I see boats there are being sold for 500-1000 dollars. Not Fair. It is known that this greater Seattle Area has the most boats of any place in the US. One would think they would cost less. However Aluminum hulls are sky high here. in the bigger sizes. Ed

Here you go the TinStock logos, BTW I proudly served in the Army, the peace sign is just a tongue in cheek reference to Woodstock.

I will add here that number 1 would make for a less expensive shirt as its 2 colors so only 2 screens where number 2 would require at least 3 screens . I will get some prices together this week for you guys . I may be able to get my supplier to do up both styles so everybody could have what they wanted .

No.... O.K I like #1 then.

I like the Lake Anna design. I don't know what you're looking at on cost, but i have a friend here that made us some one color shirts for $6 and two color shirts for 7$. There was no art or set up fee. I ordered 25 each of 3 designs. He could turn them around quick though time is proabably not an issue. BTW they were a beefy cotton tee.

Personally...I like the idea of the 'big S" in place of the peace sign. The big S kinda communicates "superman"...and working on these boats is nothing short of super!

Peace sign just gets a little political...IMHO

Ok Please don't take this in the wrong way. But Looking at the two logos and knowing what the design process was all about(Tin stock)=(Woodstock) idea hence the peace sign. But the text font in the logo is all wrong please tell me that is not the font y'all plan to use for the logo. I know the Starcraft logo needs to use the co. logo font. I kinda like the main idea and the simplicity of the logo, but that font just ruins the whole thing. Like I mentioned before I am a logo graphics kinda of guy have done many things. Please don't rush this logo making and just decide on the first one that pops out. There is plenty of time to spend on perfecting this and like I mentioned before I would be glad to help out. I have over 100,000 different fonts to chose from I even have fonts that would be from that era. Just a thought. I have so many samples of stuff I have done professionally, too many to show. I did put a link in a post showing a few but it seems there were no real responses.

Jim by all means desighn away as you said we have plenty of time to get it right . Bret was nice enough to pop off a couple desighns for us to get us going but I dont see a problem with doing up a few more . I think it would be greqt for you and Bret to work together and make us a killer desighn for the shirts and such . I have plans for a few extras I am going to have done but I am not letting the cat out of the bag on those till everybody gets to Virginia .

Jim,

Sorry you don't like the font choice, My background is engineering, so I don't usually get into the artsy stuff. I just picked a legible font that would not distract from the centerpiece. I took the bull by the horns and threw something out there. I would be happy to send you the base artwork and let you do your thing. Just P.M. me your email address and I will get it to you.
