I noticed someone else was having some fuel Pump/VRO issue as I am!
I have a 1986 GT150, in great shape, I unhooked the VRO back in 1992, so
all i have is basically a fuel pump. The problem I'm having is that two months ago the fuel pump as pouring fuel, so I got an supposedly new Fuel.VRO pump
from a boaty service guy I know.The last three trips to the lake the engine has started cutting off and leanning out and basically now will not run! I have replaced all the fuel lines, the water separator and the primming buble three times and still will not hold a prime. Anyone out there have any suggestions as
I have been told there are not rebuild pumps for this unit? My unit is the four wire unit! I don't use the VRO anymore, so does anyone know of another route I can go, as I cannot really afford $350.00 for another fuel pump/VRO
The other poump I got cheap, so I guess what I paid for, so does anyone know a better solution here, I cannot go anymore weeks without my boat!!!
So if anyone can guide me in another direction!! Does Sierra make anything
I can use as I can buy from them!!!!
