I've got an '85 Ebko Monte Carlo. I'd like to replace the capt side back to back seat with a pedestal seat. Instead of just a seat and frame screwed to a flat floor, this thing seems to have a raised boxed area where the seat mounts. I can't tell yet if it's part of the fiberglass structure or not. It appears to have been glassed along with the rest of the boat. Does anyone have any knowledge about this set up?
