Vovlo Cooling system Sealing rings RTV or no?

I am replaced all my seals on my heat exchanger and I am putting it back together and it seems the strainerr and exchanger just press the tubes in and use a sealing ring... Should I use silly cone or rtv on this?

Lately I've been using Permatex aviation gasket sealent on just about everything. Easy cleanup and it's been recommended on this site numerous times for just about everything. I got mine a Napa.
