I have a 23 foot Daycruiser made in California, not sure but believe manufacture is Custom(?) or it is just a custom made boat. Friend took out alternator traded it in, now we have wrong one, and no old one. cannot find Serial number on engine, but we know it was built in 1979, Has a Volvo Penta 280, and is a GMC. I believe it is a 350. So....anyone know what Alternator I need, and where I can get one that is not 500 bucks? Thanks for the help.
