The Engine Starts In The Key On Position. Not Key Cranking Position. Then The Starter Is Still Engaged To The Flywheel. I Disconnected The Engine Harness From The Boat And Started The Boat And Still Starter Was Still Engaged. Put A New Starter Solenoid On And Still The Same. Tried A New Key Switch Still The Same. Took Out The Starter Relay And Still The Stater Was Grinding On The Flywheel. Any Ideas Would Help Thanks.
